disconecting from about 1 game in 3 for no reason. My internet is fine but I keep disconecting no idea why.

I know that a connection issue like this can be a pain to deal with. You just want to get in and play, the game though, just kicks you out. On this type of case it would be best to try and gather some connection data.
I know you said your internet is fine, as such, we should try and track where the problem is. We can do this with a WinMTR, it will track your connection from you to us and help us see any loss.
