So here id have a question since i was wrong on which team you were on .
Why didnt your team capitalized on its strenght rather then engaging on your weakness ?
You said the final score wasnt too far . meaning the team fights had to be somewhat close . given their team and the way they could shut down many uncoordinated engagement from your part , it means these people werent that good .
My point on this is , your team had what it needed to split and gank And scout safely . not theirs . their team is all about pvp while your team count easiy force them to split and nova rotate and pick off any reforcement that rotating to help ?
I did stated which side i would had rather be on but it still remained a 50/50 chance to win .

The thing is YOU BELIEVE IT DOESNT.
Neither one of us can prove one way or the other unless we had access to the algorithm. I have had 3 years of constant QM experience and my inference from that I know it does personally.
I have even seen how they have played with it since BETA.

Well again I am not saying we couldnt have won. For one, uther went stun ult for some reason when bubble would have been the better choice.
The point in the discussion was never to say it was unwinnable, but the uphill battle for us was harder and required more coordination.
All they had to do was play to their assymetric strength of push and just over whelm us. It takes no coordination to do that.
The thread that has been derailed by Hoku (he/she has a habit of doing that in hots in demanding people bow to their whims)
It was to state I have been seeing this lately after the speed boost patch like the algorithm has been messed with.

It’s not a matter of defending the game, it’s a matter of reality.
You can have more balanced matchups but it comes at a cost, longer queues. The more rules you make the longer the queues and for some regions longer queue times = no game at all.
That is the reality, whether we like it or not.
Would I like it if QM made perfect compositions every game? Sure, but it can’t and compositions are subjective and dependant on what heroes are available in the queue for the match maker to pull from. That isn’t fixable.

Personally, I hate it every time I queue for QM as a tank, and find one or two other tanks assigned to my team. It would be so much nicer to spread us out a bit, to reduce the number of no-tank matches, but I can see why and how it happens, and short of exploding queue times, yeah. I just have to live with my annoyance.

The thing for me is that QM has all of the elements of a MOBA in it and there is so much going on and strategy involved that when there is an easy asymmetry to exploit by a team, and makes the match painful.
Its like playing chess and one side gets 4 knights and no rooks and the other gets 4 rooks and no knights.
ARAM I find all the zany stuff fun even in a loss because its just less painful due to a lot of the strategy being out of play.
ARAM is the smashbrothers mode of HotS
so basically you’re here to tell us that you think they purposefully changed the algorithm for the worse, but you’re not here to convince us (“The only fallacy here is your assumption I am trying to PROVE something to you or anyone.”), so… why are you telling us?

i.e. I said it was possibility, but not the only one. I just said in my thread I felt it was broken.
Hoku is a she , i played with her before and heard her on voice com , and it would be difficult for a guy to have the same voice she does lol
