PTR - Arthas Frozen Tempest, tooltip still says 13mana per sec.
in the notes it says 13 down to 11 mana per second. still seems to be the older 13m/s.

Is he supposed to have a Nerf or Buff?

Health points (PTR Version) Level 1 - 3100 instead of 2980.


Health Regeneration Level 1 (Live Version) is 6,20 instead of 5.957.

Health Regeneration Level 1 (PTR Version) is 6,63 instead of 6.375.

Death Coil [Q] (Live Version) Healing 272 instead of 262.

Death Coil [Q] (PTR Version) Healing 302 instead of 285.

Biting Cold [E] Talent Level 13 (Live Version) Tool tip says: Deal 67 damage per second at level 13, but instead, deal 50 damage per second on both Live and PTR Versions.

Now that I’ve seen the data from try mode, the whole talent is not worth taking.

Frozen Tempest [E] Is minus 11 damage level of damage according to the tooltip.

Target dummy tooltip ‘‘Damage Per Second’’ calculation starts from 60 and goes down to 41,1 or 41,2.

Target dummy tooltip ‘‘Damage Last Second’’ at Level 1 displays 41 instead of 42. Either the calculation of the target dummy is wrong or the ‘‘Damage Per Second’’ tooltip of Frozen Tempest at Level 1 deals 21 damage according to the combat text when engaging enemy units/heroes.

The 50% bonus applied 67x50% = 16.5 or 17 + 67 = 84 total damage per second. Correct me if my math is wrong with mathematical еquation.

No wonder he’s considered a weak tank by most players. His damage power from the Frozen Tempest is reduced by 50% of what he’s supposed to have. Even with the extra health above he still lacks wave clear, due to Frozen Tempest’s 50% damage reduction.
It’s the only tank without a stun in the game.

I will leave the feedback to the people who are still trying their best to update this game.

Note that Frozen Tempest deals damage twice a second.

The tooltip value is how much damage it deals per second - since it deals damage twice, the floating text you see will be approximately half of the tooltip value, accounting for rounding and some such.

Biting Cold’s damage increase is applied each time it deals damage, not once per second, and each time this happens, the damage against that target(not all targets, only the target getting hit. each enemy has their own tracked value) is increased by 6.25%, up to 50%(which is reached after damaging the enemy 8 times), and all bonus damage against a target is lost after they haven’t been hit by Frozen Tempest for 0.75 seconds.
