HI, For the past week i have been unnable to play Hots, every time i start the game it logs me in without trouble but then it gets stuck, my profile won’t load, i cant see any heroes nor start a match.
I’ve been having similar issues with Starcraft II also for a week or so.
I’ve reinstalled both games but the problem remains, i really need some help

Try to wait 10 minutes when you launch it. I have this issue too when game is updated so i wait for 5 min and everything get loaded

ArthasCZ is kind of on the right track. We have seen performance major issues or older hard drives cause an issue like this. If waiting does work then performance troubleshooting would be recommended. If that doesn’t fix the issue then it maybe a partial block. I would then suggest trying the following:
- Power Cycle home network.
- Ensure the Blizzard app/Heroes are both on your OS firewall and router ports are forwarded for both applications.(Your ISP or router manufacturer can assist with this step.)
- If you utilize a third-party anti-virus or firewall you can troubleshoot that Here.
