I have a problem every time I launch it , it sais preparing data and starts downloading some data at very very low speed making me waste so much time, it downloads at speeds lower than 1Mb/s and it usually is more than 1k MB of data, any help with that? have tried to reinstal and workaround but nothing works for me
Check your CPU usage and temps. There is another post above this one I replied to also, and it seems like hots is using way more CPU power for some odd reason. HOTS should not require 90% usage on a modern system and in my case it appears to be causing my CPU to throttle, thus poor performance, slower loading and odd glitches in game making it unplayable.
That sounds like the “Preparing Game Data” issue. Blizzard says the known issue involving the game downloading data each time it launches was fixed:

Since you are seeing more than 1 GB downloading at less than 1 Mb/s, and reinstalling did not resolve it, does this happen every time you launch the game? Does Battle.net show Heroes as fully updated?
It would also help to include your Windows version and build, how much free space is available on the drive, and whether you are using Wi-Fi or a wired connection.
