Loaded into ARAM, had a duo of team mates that a) one had an inappropriate name (removed) and then b) they used sexist/racist comments. Then they later said in chat something along the lines of “you’ll regret this” and then began chat spamming questions marks (?) which caused everyone on our team to lag out and disconnect until you muted them. There was several minutes of no more lag, and then it began again.
They then began lagging out the entire game for both teams repeatedly until the game eventually ended. Everytime I reconnected, you’d get a message about the entire team reconnecting. We also got multiple messages about the entire enemy team leaving. One of our other teammates even mentioned that the Duo had someone figured out a way to ruin lobbies. They appeared to be deliberately lagging out the entire lobby on both teams, over and over again until the game ended.
