Soo, about a week ago, or more, i tried to buy-craft the new Maiev skin that costs 600 shards. Clicked on the shard icon to do it, happened nothing, and for a few seconds couldn’t do anything in the game, it became unresponsive to any actions. After a minute or so it started doing stuff, but the transaction did not complete. My shards are still there, but can’t craft/or buy any ingame cosmetic item. It says “You have a pending transaction. Please try again once that transaction completes.” I checked my order history in my battlenet account, there’s no pending transactions at all. The last one is buying Junkrat with gems, that was in the first half of september… So what now? Help!

I refreshed something on your account from my end. See if the pending transactions error still happens. If it does, please contact customer support here.
