I see what you’re saying but I’d rather have an actual competitive scene instead of a blowhard that wants to troll the forums. If the OP came here with a clear challenge. They would’ve gotten a much better reception. People can check their stats and see if they are the real deal. I didn’t even check his stats and I knew from the start it was a waste of time.
Why ask such a small pool of people to challenge when there is ranked? There are plenty of people here who lurk and upvote troll and hate threads. Why didn’t they challenge the OP?
I have seen players be competitive but the OP failed here on all counts cept for talking large amounts of trash. While the community did show interest, it only disappointed them.
Players can talk smack to incite a fight to see who the best is, just don’t back out cause they are afraid of losing. Players who lose have to “Hold the L” as they say, give the winner the props they deserve and shut up.

I swear i will do this eventually but not yet, i actually promised to do this no less than one year ago but i need time, they are nothing more than sardines and im a whale tbh xD. I think as of today there is a chance of around 20% of me being able to 1v2 them, so i want to get more time to increase this chance to around 50%.

The fun part is I got to play against some people I know have been in Master rank, such as Sami and Ngin, and it was highly entertaining to play with and against a number of people I know only through the forum.
So I wouldn’t say that people who post here are afraid to demonstrate their skills against each other, but that given the opportunity to beat the hell out of each other for fun, we are all about that!
How about instead of smacktalking other forum members who are legitimately trying to play games with you in good faith (they didn’t have to btw, they could have simply told you to play ranked and prove your skill and ignored you until then), you queue up in ranked SOLO (which means no friends carrying you) and simply grind up to GM? If you’re actually some sort of secret, godly player than this should be easy as GM streamers do the Bronze to GM challenge every season.
The thing is, why? A few years ago (he’s not active in the game anymore) I had a friend who was a Grandmaster. One of his mains was Medivh so I’ve seen what a highly skilled player can do with that hero in person.
The thing is, my friend never felt the need to brag about his skills in game or on a forum. I would guess this was because he had no doubts about his skill and hence had no need to seek validation by claiming he was “the best in the world.”
All good things to you, as I said I’ve enjoyed your posts in other threads, but I personally don’t see the value in this kind of thread.
