After completing the two tutorials, no hero is available to play. In part 1 I clicked “later” to try the other heroes, but after restarting, logging out and in, replaying tutorials multiple times, none of the basic 3 heroes are accessible. The game no longer asks me to pick one. The only post I could find was this one, but the logging out and back in solution did not help me: How to claim the free tutorial hero?
Please advise. I do not want to re-downloand / reinstall this 17gb game, not that it would help since my account settings and progress are likely saved to the blizzard account which is preventing me from ever having a basic hero to learn the game.
