I am really hoping for this always good to have more options for frontline. I like the gist of her kit but for whatever reason right now she seems UP

I sure do wish they were better visible too! I do not have the best eyes early in the morning, and i can only barely read Junkrat´s numbers (probably with some errors):

Maybe someone with better eyes can get all of them right. I recommend the version ingame as at least for me that one was the easiest to read from.
It´s probably some easy code like referring to the letter in the alphabet by number or something.

the ouroboros is a depiction of a serpent eating it’s own tail. Some versions use two serpents like a ying-yang sort of thing where the ‘whole’ is made by the unity of opposites.
