Overwatch hero is due, and it’s been leaked before that Reinhardt was in the works, in fact we thought he was gonna be featured at blizzcon.

So my money is Reinhardt.

I’m hoping for a crossover event, we need overwatch players coming over. We shouldn’t be negative when that happens.

Yeah hope another noname garbage like that ophiela (or however is it called). That would sure help killing this game faster.

Guess it will be broken as fck, so they can milk the $$$ faster by hero sales. Gotta milk while there are still cows buy’n sht!

I would say that I hope it isn’t a another ow thrash… but on the second thought ow heroes was one of the reasons why this game ended up like this, so it would actually help…

I am guessing we will have a teaser this coming week, with PTR the first week of January.

But in all honesty i really would like Bastion. While i get a tank is probably more likely.

since some people have done this already,

My hopes/wants:
WC: Grom, malygos, carine, vashj, DK assassin
Diablo: idk I never played it
SC: karax, zergling hero, viper/defiler hero, mutalisk hero, banshee hero, hybrid, HT assassin cough tassadar rework cough
OW: Bastion, Widow, pharah(mainly because I want to see how they handle flying)

I really don’t know, but, if its gotta be someone to attract everyone, I think Harth Stonebrew, the Hearthstone innkeeper would certainly get some atention - specially if they put some unique wacky gameplay style into him.

I think it’s good that they do not get a new hero, it’s better that they change the way they have been doing each month a new one. That they begin to repair the most urgent problems of the game and balance of heroes I think it is better than a new one.

The new hero is going to be another Nexus original, and his name is Money Bags. It’s a fat bear with a top hat made out of money, a monocle made out of gold, and a suit worth more than your most valuable possession.

Anyone that dies to him has to pay a nickel in order to respawn, and one of his heroics forces the target to watch several Activision ads for up and coming titles. The other heroic takes the player to the Collection tab in the main menu for twenty seconds in the hopes of them forking out the money to buy something, but doing so does end the ultimate early.

He smacks enemies with a giant bag of money with the Activision logo drawn on it. While in the other hand there is a stress ball with the Blizzard logo on it that he squeezes violently and often which results in nickels and dimes to drip out it. It also makes whimpering noises from time to time.

Well, if it is an OW hero (which is somewhat likely 'cause we haven’t gotten one for a full year), and if they do implement the hero role rework (which the thread linked in the OP mentions they’re discussing), then it might be a Tank or Melee Assassin, since there aren’t any OW heroes of those classes:

That might matter because of quest reasons (BTW, has anyone said how daily quests would change if they do go through with the role rework?)

AFAIK that’s all we have to base speculation on.

But if it’s about what I want / hope for, then I want to see some Classics!
Bring on Blackthorne and/or Rock 'n Roll Racer :smiley:
(I know, it’s unlikely 'cause they probably wouldn’t attract a lot of new players, but a guy can dream, right?)

If they go for Baal or Deathwing, I’d still be really happy with that, too.

You didn’t play Diablo 3? There was much fanboy luv for Mr. Kulle. I love mage characters, Steve Blum the voice actor is top notch and funny. I think Kulle would have an interesting kit for a mage, something quite different to other mages already in the game.

His Time Bubble would be an AOE slow, Energy Twister, displacement and damage, Fireball would most likely be his Q poke tool.

One of his Heroics should be his Eternal Guardian summons, but they need to do something unique with them, unlike the Nazeebo Gargantuan, though still a zoning Ult. Cave-In could be his second ult, more a single target damage than large AOE.

When Diablo 3 first came out, when the difficulty was beyond hardcore, I used Zoltun Kulle as my farming tool cuz I hit a progression wall :expressionless:

Also = the “invulnerable minions” spec along with that “enrage” functionality where just by elites chasing you you start rapidly and more and more rapidly lose HP just by being near ?, y, remember that lol

My guess would be Darkness… Orphea keeps repeating “there is Darkness out there”, so he is coming soon :+1:
Another possibility would be Smeagol, as she also keeps repeating “Leave now and never come back”… or something similar :smiley:

Diablo: Never played it, but my friend went on and on about D2 Druid, so, Diablo 2 Druid?

OW: Bastion, But Mercy, Phyrrah, Synetra, Reinheart, WInston.
