Need Serious Tech Support. - Any suggestions?

Game downloads - I can view the game and queue it. When the queue pops, I cannot connect to the game.
I cannot even create a custom game and queue into the custom lobby.
I get some generic error code for both PvP and private matches.

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game and batte/net itself.
I’ve deleted all files associated with battle.net and Heroes of the Storm on my PC.
I’ve released IPS, renewed it, and flushed DNS.
I am normally LAN - does not work.
I use wifi with ethernet disconnected - does not work.
I use mobile hotspot ^^ - does not work.
Firewall allows battle.net and HotS
Battle.net and HotS are allowed on both private and public networks.
Scan and Repair of the game results in No Results Found.

I am unsure what else to attempt to patch the game to be playable.

Your internet connection fully wired (e.g. ethernet connection to fibre connection)? Or some parts are wireless (5G or wifi)? If wireless then there could be sporadic packet loss causing issues as Heroes of the Storm does not like or handle packet loss too well.

Make sure Heroes of the Storm is installed on a SSD. It should run from a HDD as well, but the loading time performance is extremely poor in comparison and may cause time outs if using slower HDDs.

So I am wired mainly so ethernetted - it didn’t work
I attempted to use home WiFi - didn’t work
I used my phone’s mobile hotspot - but it didn’t work

I submitted a ticket to Tech Support with a generic reply that covered all the steps I had already completed.

Have you recently bought a 5080 graphics card? There’s a bunch of us who have this issue due to the 5080 series…

I have a Radeon 7900
and my issues aren’t much of crashing issues…

I can load the game, navigate the menus, view the shop, and open the loot chest.
However, I can not accept a queue for ARAM … I can’t even create a custom match to load into a custom lobby.

I am having the same problem. have gone through most of your same steps. the game suddenly stopped allowing me to join games.
