My purchased heroes suddenly showing not "earned"

hey my heroes that I purchased are now showing up as unearned and I can’t play them. WTF??

I also have the same issue.

it looks like my original mega pack bundle is missing entirely. when I try to repurchase even it shows an error message. if you click on it, it takes you to a dead link page. do better blizzard!

Having the same issue, all heroes i have and skins are not showing as earned?

I’ll give it a few hours and see if they fix it. Weird bug.

Yeah same here. I tried half a dozen times logging out and a restart, but the problem is still there. Looking up all the past instances, and it was logging into the wrong region but that’s not the case this time.

On one login attempt it did say Blizzard services were not available at the moment. Some weird server attack? A bug with them trying to tweak the store? Did the janitor’s floor waxer bump the power cord for the server?

Same issue, 8 years of characters/skins ect… all say i do not have yet the 116 character level still shows on Valla. they are all greyed out as if i have never played

same! Weird thing is that I can see my recent skin purchase history on my account page (I bought a Whitemane skin last night with in-game currency) but in the client it shows that I dont have the hero earned.

Same for me. It will be some global issue. Hope, it will be back soon. Let’s now enjoy playing homeless heroes from rotation with default skins and mounts.

:grimacing: at least i know it’s not just me now. 10+ years of earned / paid content being greyed out is a real bummer. Well, gl Blizz I hope it’s a fix and not a shutdown

My family and I play together and all of our progress is gone.

Same! I lost my heroes, skins etc everything when I logout and login (some internet problems…) 7+ years I am playing this game but now everything gone :confused: . I hope they are fixing this bug soon as possible
