My game crash every times on launch

I tried to put my compatibility settings on windows 7 and I tried to reinstall the game multiple times but it still doesn’t work.

That’s the error code they gave me: CA474286-8D8F-4EA2-93ED-F2B0A290577E

Reviewing the crash logs, it looks like your Documents\Heroes of the Storm is in your OneDrive directory. OneDrive (built into Windows) can cause this error due to syncing the Documents folder which contains the game settings file (Variables.txt). Try “unsyncing” your Documents folder from OneDrive using the instructions listed on Microsoft’s page.
