BoaT does not proc Amateur Opponent, but Triple Strike’s extra strike does. Titan Killer is a good follow-up because it also synergizes well with TS.
BoaT is usually the sustain build, not the shredder build.

Maybe it is a playstyle thing, but since I have a 73% win rate when I go BoaT and 42% with Titan Killer, I know my preference! 
I was talking about BoaT vs. TK, not TS. If I am going full boss race build, I take AO, Follow Through, TS, and BoaT.

See, I’m the reverse. I’ve got a really high winrate with the TB/burst build, but a terrible winrate with the BoaT/sustain and FoW/Tank builds.

Well, I don’t draft Artanis if we need burst hero damage. I will pick Imperius if I need a high damage bruiser.

Artanis has 3 talents that increase his attack speed. In my opinion, this is too much. Artanis needs something different. I think he needs mobility or survival.

this might be because his uptime on targets is low. Unlike most other bruisers, he relies more on his ability damage rather than his AA (hence why his AA is pretty slow and lazy compared to all the other bruisers). He also lacks the mobility and stickiness of other bruisers (i.e TB varian, illidan, thrall, sonya, all have better mobility than him).
This is also why I feel his TB or Q builds are much better than the AA based builds. He brings the pain quickly enough to avoid getting kited to death, and force them to react defensively rather than give them time to think about it.
Hell, in my last artanis game I killed 3 people on my own from full health just by spamming Q and W.

Titan Killer is pretty bogus. That said, I think a buff to SM would be in order, it does stack a tad slowly.
Honestly, it should be based on # of attacks on a target, like .5 damage for every 3 attacks on a hero.
Someone needs to make a bot for you guys that changes your avatar every time you make a post.

I have a buddy who loves playing Artanis who always pick SM (as you can tell it’s not Hoku)
My team have to work so much harder getting camps and defending against boss objectives. I sigh and shake my head but I roll with it and we pull out a win more times then we lose so it’s not the worst pick ever but if I ever see him pick anything other then Amateur Opponent on BOE I’m going to have to put my foot down …then put it right up his butt lol
I do wish it was formatted into something else so I’d feel less frustrated by it when it is picked, I pick Reactive Parry and find that more useful over SM a lot of time when I feel I don’t need Amateur. I have that block with me all game while with SM you have to wait a long while before you come online with it.
I don’t want it to become a must pick but it would be nice for me to want to pick it the way I do with RP.

But yeah, I like Phase Bulwark a lot on level 13, as it will make heroes like KTZ or Alarak not very scary at all.
