If I have “Confine Mouse Cursor” set to anything except for OFF after every key click there is a small mouse delay.
This makes things like quick pinging, targetted skills etc… unusable and the game unplayable.
However if I turn OFF confine mouse cursor it now works, but I have multiple monitors and having the mouse scroll onto those makes the game unplayable as well.
Any fix for this?
Also this is in windowed full screen mode. In full screen mode there is no way to turn off the setting so it always lags.

Holy crap - theres an archived solution to this:
It looks like things like Magnet (one of the most popular apps on the app store) and Better touch Tool (also very popular) interfere with this when confine is on.
Quitting those applications fixed the issue for me. Would really prefer not to have to quit them though.
