Mouse Scrolling Camera Broken

MacOS Sierra 10.12.6
HOTS Patch Version: 2.44.0.73016

Since this new patch update, I am unable to make the camera scroll (left, right, up, or down) by going to the edge of the screen while in a game. All mouse functions work properly while in the hero selection and play screens. However, once a game starts my mouse stops functioning properly. I am unable to move the camera at all and it is very frustrating. Below are all the fixes I have tried by utilizing other posts when similar issues arose in the past.

I have tried toggling L to lock and unlock the camera.
I have tried turning off the smart mouse features.
I have tried CMD + M, to go into windowed mode.
I have tried going to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > clicking Hots.app.

Heya Etrayu,

Does this issue still happen after resetting the game settings to default?

Another good test would be to use a different mouse entirely as a test to see if it’s specific to one device or another.
