My mouse pointer is not clicking on the right spot. It works correctly on the Blizz Manager but not in the game. I have reduced my pointer settings to the smallest percentage and checked the box in compatibility for ODI. Still not working and need some help troubleshooting.

I would make sure nothing in the background is conflicting with the game or mouse. Try playing with all background applications closed following the steps Here. Restart the PC and retest!

I had the same problem. I went into the game settings from the launcher menu, and reset the in game options. That fixed my mouse issue. I also had absolutely horrible lag. I exited Discord, and Twich, that seems to have fixed my lag.
