On my 2019 MacBook Pro 16", CMD + TAB results in a permanent black screen until I reboot the machine. Trying to invoke Force Quit doesn’t do anything either. The only remedy appears to forcibly restart the machine.
Hey, iCuiD. Does this happen in windowed mode? CMD + M If not, does switching to windowed mode seem to help when it does go black?
