Yeah, I rarely tell people how to pick their talents. Just do what works for you. She doesn’t really have any bad talents anymore imo. The only one I caution on picking is Safe Zone because offensive medivac is incredibly hard to pull off/position successfully.
I tend to only chime in when people start saying X talent sucks, when it doesn’t. Talents like Clear! and Medivac will often get scapegoated for being bad or too “reliant” on allies or whatever BS.
An explanation of why here:
Morales really comes down to her base kit mechanics. If you suck at that, or if you try to be some kind of wave clearing duelist who doesn’t look after allies (whether they suck or not), it doesn’t really matter all that much about what talents you pick. This is why Fan is terrible at her even though he is generally really good at the game. He doesn’t understand her Regen, how to utilize her base kit on ALLIES, or how to triage.

As for when to pick her, you can pick her against almost any comp. The only times where it’s an issue is if you pick her against heavy AOE teams, or barrel rolling Chen. Or I guess against multiple sticky melee heroes and you don’t have much peel on your team. But even then, with Medivac, you can probably survive.
Stim targets are completely irrelevant in my decision making for Morales, I don’t care if I have a Valla, I’m still picking Medivac probably.
