Hello Blizzard Dev-Team,
I have been playing Heroes of the Storm since the Closed Beta and recently started playing Ranked again.
At the start of the new season, I was placed in Bronze 5 again. The main issue is that I currently receive only around 25 rank points per win, while friends I play with receive around 180ā200 points.
I understand that Bronze 5 uses a wider MMR range, but progressing with only about 25 points per win is extremely frustrating and makes Ranked feel pointless.
I would therefore like to ask you to review my Ranked MMR and, if possible, reset or reassess it. I am not asking for a higher rank for free ā I simply want the opportunity to progress based on my current performance under normal conditions.
If no reset is possible, I would appreciate an individual review of my account and an explanation of what is required for my rank point gains to return to a normal level.
After playing HotS for so many years, it would be very disappointing to stop playing because of this system.
