I’ve got a problem with my in-game account. I started the game and took a look at the characters I could play… First thing I noticed was I don’t have characters I bought so I couldn’t play them, for example Zul’Jin. Then I decided to look at the free rotation characters, there I noticed I don’t have any skins and stuff anymore, for example Dreambreaker Thrall. So I checked collections and I don’t have ANYTHING anymore. Everything is gone and all I have left are LvLs on characters and my own.
