Micro Freezes every Game (paket loss?)

I have micro freezes every Game which makes the Game unplayable for me.
My Hardware is fine (Ryzen 5700x3d/RTX3090/32gb DDR4) (Drivers Bios etc. uptodate) and other Games are working great dont know which causes this issue. The Lan Cables are tested tried different cables tried other network card, tried it on WLAN6, tried it even on 5G always the same issue.
I made some tests with Pingplotter and identified some Paketloss but mostly on Blizzards iP i think but dont know exactly how to read the results. Pingplotting to google for instance lead to zero Paketloss.
Hope for help for me beloved HOTS Game.

Edit: Hello ? I know its a dead Game but why support Forum is open when nobody answers…
Testet again with the Server 185.60.112.157 one time with my ISP and second Time with an VPN and there seems to be a pattern with 2 subsequent paket losses with ca. 20 seconds between and this happens every 5 minutes.

In regards to packet loss at the Blizzard IP, it is normal for this to happen as it is a security measure. Please let me know if those steps helped.
