Bepsis™ Man hails from a realm ruled by the Bepsis corporation™ and its relm lord, the CEO of Bepsis™. In this realm, every living being, every inch of land, every molecule of air knows only Bepsis™. There is no one left to sell Bepsis™ to any more.
To some, its a grand accomplishment. But for Bepsis™ Man, its a fate worse then death…
Now Bepsis™ Man turns towards the nexus. A vast gateway to infinite corporate possibilities. So many thirsty people…

Bepsis™ Man’s intrepid marketing sense allows him to move up to 100% faster when running towards allies who aren’t at full health. The lower health they are, the faster Bepsis™ Man moves. Bepsis™ Man’s theme song is quietly playing in the background while running, Its volume also increases with Bepsis™ Man’s movement speed.
The movement speed lingers for 1 second afterwards to account for taking turns and overshooting. Being stunned, rooted, or slowed disables the move speed bonus for 3 seconds

Additionally, every ally (including Bepsis™ Man) has a 30 second thirst timer. When this timer reaches 0 the hero becomes thirsty. allies who are thirsty receive 25% more healing from Bepsis™ Man. Allies are no longer thirsty after being healed while above 75% health, starting the timer again.

Insight

Running to those who need Bepsis™ the most is core to Bepsis™ Man’s play style. Traveling from lane to lane as a roaming healer in order to get the most out of his vending machines and thirst mechanic.

Q: Bepsis™ Spray!

cooldown: 9 sec, range: 6, mana: 65
Bepsis™ Man summons forth a wave of fantastic Bepsis™ in the targeted direction in a line, healing all allied heroes hit for 110. Bepsis™ Spray! can be used 2 more times before going on cooldown. The third cast of Bepsis™ Spray! reduces the cooldown of Bepsis™ Spray! by .75 second for wach ally healed.

W: Deploy Bepsis™ Vending Machine!

cooldown: 20 sec, range: 3, mana: 100
Bepsis™ Man slams down a Bepsis™ Vending Machine. Allies can channel at the Bepsis™ Vending Machine to drink some succulent Bepsis™, restoring their health by 50 per second. 3 Bepsis™ Vending Machines can exist at a time.
Bepsis™ Vending Machine can only heal 500 health before needing to be restocked with flavorus Bepsis™. Bepsis™ Man must restock the machine him self by using Bepsis™ Spray! on it and gains 30% movement speed while running towards an empty machine.
Bepsis™ Vending Machine have 400 health.

Insight

Bepsis™ Vending Machine allows for Bepsis™ Man to have a presence in all 3 lanes at once or keep a split pusher stocked up.

E: Bepsis™ Slide!

cooldown: 5 sec, range: 3
No obstacle can stop Bepsis™ Man from delivering mouth watering Bepsis™! Dash forward a medium distance. Dashing through a wall or a Bepsis™ Vending Machine causes rubble to burst outward in a cone which deals 265 damage. Dashing through a Bepsis™ Vending Machine causes delicious Bepsis™ to spray outward in a cone, healing all allies hit for 250, unfortunately destroying the Machine.

Insight

Those pesky walls are no match for Bepsis™ Slide! 290 is a lot of damage but Bepsis™ Vending Machine has a fairly long cooldown and this is Bepsis™ Man’s only way to deal damage outside of auto attacks.

R1: The Bepsis™ Delivery Tank

cooldown: 120, mana: 75
Bepsis™ Man calls in his personal Bepsis™ delivery tank which drops in after 2 seconds. Bepsis™ Man can get in and out of the tank any time.
While in the tank Bepsis™ Man gains access to empowered versions of his basic abilites;
Q: Bepsis™ Cannon
cooldown: 4, range: 6
Fire a huge burst of mouth watering Bepsis™ in a line, healing all allies hit for 90. Bepsis™ Cannon can be used 2 more times before the cooldown starts. the second shot heals for 120 and the third shot heals for 140.
W: Bepsis™ Auto Nozzles
range: 4
The Bepsis™ tank passively fires streams of the finest Bepsis™ at nearby allies, healing for 45 every 3 seconds. prioritizing the lowest health ally. Additionaly, allies can channel at the The Bepsis™ Delivery Tank to drink some glorius Bepsis™, restoring their health by 65 per second.
E: The Big Bepsis
cooldown: 8, range: 12
The Bepsis™ Delivery Tank opens up over 1 second and lets roll a massive, slow moving can of premium Bepsis™ which deals 170 damage to each enemy it hits and slows them by 50% for 2 seconds.
The Bepsis™ tank moves at 50% movement speed and its movement speed cannot be incresed and has no auto attack.
The cant cannot die but damage it takes while Bepsis™ Man is inside deals damage to Bepsis™ Man.
The tank lasts 20 seconds.

Insight

When large crowds of people gather, The Bepsis™ Delivery Tank is there to quench their thirsts. The tank is extremely powerful but also very slow and weak to knock backs beacuse of this. The tanks movement speed cant be incresed but it is still affected by slows so you gotta watch out for that. The cooldown is also extremely long, it wont be available for every objective on some maps so choose when to deploy wisely.

R2: Bepsis™ Carepackage!

cooldown: 50 sec, range: Bepsis™ Co. knows no bounds, mana: 75
Bepsis™ Man calls in the mighty Bepsis™ Co. private Bepsis™ airforce to fly in and air-drop 20 Bepsis™ cans in semi random places in a large area (guldan Rain of Destruction size). Bepsis™ Man gains the maximum Someone needs a Bepsis™ movement speed bonus while running towards these delectable Bepsis™ cans. When Bepsis™ Man collects a Bepsis can he can bring it to an ally to heal them for 60. Bepsis™ Man can hold up to 5 yum-yum Bepsis™ cans at a time. The scrumptious Bepsis™ cans last 5 seconds each.

Insight

extreme HPS ult that is also useful for staying mobile in a fight. Semi random means that the Bepsis™ wont land right next to each other and will spread fairly evenly through out the area.

Patronage
Allies who give bepsis man a health globe by collecting one while he is nearby receive 20% increased healing while under the health globes effects

Sit and enjoy
Bepsis spray heals for an additional 80 over 1 second. This effect is canceled if the ally moves

The pyramid of bepsis
Allies who use a bepsis vending machine gain the following activatable for 10 seconds
Activatable: give an ally a Bepsis, healing them for 150 over 3 seconds. can only be used twice

Insight

Bepsis Man has little to no influence on how often he can use these talents. You must actively sell your product (convince your allies to comply) to get any benefit out of these

level 4

Promotion Promotion
Quest!: do various awesome things
Gain permanent 13 max life and 4 attack damage each time Bepsis man does an awesome thing. Additionally, Bepsis man gains 20% movement speed for 3 seconds when he does an awesome thing.

Super hero intimidation
Doing various awesome things reduces the damage of nearby enemies by 20% for 2 seconds and Bepsis Man gains 20% movement speed for 3 seconds.

Mission status: SICK!
Doing various awesome things heals Bepsis man and all nearby allies by 200 and Bepsis Man gains 20% movement speed for 3 seconds.

All these talents can only proc once a second
The Various awesome things:
Use your ultimate
Hit 2 or more enemies with the very end of Bepsis slide or the burst of rubble
Heal an ally who is at 10% health or lower
Removing the thirsty buff 7 times
Refill 3 Bepsis Vending Machines

Insight

Bepsis Man is in fact, a super hero. Which means hes gotta be super. the Various awesome things are all either difficult to preform or are gated by cooldowns but are all very powerful if preformed. A particularly skilled (or lucky) player would be even more impactful with any of these talents

Destroy the “other” brand
Enemies hit by the first wave of Bepsis spray receive 25% reduced healing from all sources for 3 seconds

Silence the competition
Enemies hit by the very end of Bepsis slide or by the rubble burst are silenced for 1.5 seconds

Vending defending
Allies near a Bepsis vending machine gain 15 armor

level 13

Private property
The Bepsis vending gains a small fence the encircles it, blocking enemy movement but allowing allies to pass through freely. (The area is 3 units wide)

Bepsis slurry
The second wave of Bepsis spray slows enemies hit by 40% for 1.5 seconds

Bepsis style
Hitting enemies with the very end of Bepsis Slide! reduces its cooldown by 2 seconds and gives Bepsis Man 25 armor for 2 seconds

Insight

The 7 and 13 talents give Bepsis Man some other way to be impactful other then healing, turning him in to somewhat of a buff/debuff master.

A friend in need!
Allies instantly become thirsty when they fall below 25% health but allies are no longer thirsty when they go above 50% health.

3 unique flavors!
Bepsis man gains 3 activatables that give Bepsis spray 65 additional healing against allies of three chosen role. Only 1 can be active at a time

Bepsis one, two!
Auto attacks against enemy heroes reduce the cooldown of Bepsis spray 1 second and the third wave of Bepsis spray creates a splash of Bepsis healing allies hit by 100

Obligatory healing increase talent tier so that he can keep up with the ever increasing damage of his enemies.

The Bepsis™ Delivery Tank’s duration is increased by .35 seconds every time it heals an ally and the duration of control impairing effects are reduced by 50%.

Bepsis Efficiency!
Bepsis™ Carepackage! delivers an additional 10 Bepsis can over 8 seconds. If Bepsis Man collects and delivers every Bepsis can the cooldown is reduced by 50%.

Bepsis smash!
Bapsis man’s auto attacks now deal damage to all enemies in a small area around the target and heal all nearby allies for 15% of the damage dealt

When hes needed most!
(activatable)
cooldown: 210
activate while dead to immediately respawn at the Altar and gain the maximum movement speed bonus for Someone needs a Bepsis! for 4 seconds. Doing awesome things reduces the cooldown by 15 seconds.

The Bepsis takeover
Bepsis Vending Machine can now hold up to 3 charges and up to 9 Machines can exist at a time. Additionally, auto attacks against enemy heroes reduce the cooldown of Bepsis Vending Machine by 10 seconds.

Creativity: 3/5
I can’t give this full points for creativity. You technically followed the letter of the law, but not the sprint of the law. Regardless, it’s clear there’s plenty of effort put into this character and so I’ll continue to judge this. This could have been like, Elixir man or something and I’dve been a little more lenient, but eh.

Additionally, a few abilities are just kinda inversed abilities from other characters. Bepsis Spray is just Tychus’ Overkill, but healing instead of damage. The Big Bepsis is just a healing varient of Chen’s Keg. Etc.

Cohesiveness: 5/5
You pitched a concept and sold it. It’s a man who’ll never stop at anything to deliver sweet Bepsis to anyone who needs it. /shrug

I hate that I have to rate this 0/5, but really. Bepsis isn’t something that originates inside of the Nexus and so technically isn’t a Nexus Original character. Furthermore, despite being from “a realm ruled by the Bepsis corporation™” Bepsis is a thing from IRL. That’s clever 4th wall breaking, but idk.

For the most part this concept is actually relatively balanced. He just has so. Much. Healing. Really, it’s pretty crazy stupid just how much healing he can output versus other healers. Just tuning down numbers would help of giving him more utility outside of “HEALS!” (maybe CC immunity? idk)

Id argue that it does. The whole idea of the nexus is that there is a potentially infinite number of relms to tell any number of unique stories with. Whos to say that there isnt a relm where the ultimate extreme of capitalism has occurred with its relm lord burying out the entire relm rather then controlling it by force.

Sorta. Bepsis isn’t exactly real but it is a play on pepsi.
I probably diddnt convey this very well (or at all :s) but the company isnt just a normal company somewhere in the relm but the entire relm is owned by one mega super company with absolutely no competition. Also the CEO is the relm lord and bepsis man is his prime underling which i diddnt mention :s.

I probably could have worded this better. Its not all that similar to chen’s ult and more like janna’s ult from league.

Dont hate me but i think you might have just looked at the numbers with out doing some real comparisons to the other pure healers in hots.
Alexstrazas q heals for around 380 instantly with out a channel time on a 7 sec cd with out dragon form and on a 3.5 sec cooldown if you go q build.
Whitemane and malfurion can do over 3000 healing with 1 rotation at level 1
Lucio can do 336 healing to his whole team
Healing abilities generally have a much higher output then damaging abilities in hots.

Ill have an early talent tier that adds some utility to E tho.

Edit: on second thought i will nerf Bepsis™ Carepackage! numbers and the increased healing to thirsty allies
