I’ve been trying to find a Storm League ranked match and I’ve waited for hours now in hopes of getting one. I don’t know what’s the problem with the game or my PC but when I use my PC it doesn’t work. Now my friend has been playing ranked without me so I asked him no harm done to try and queue for a ranked match and guess what: HE GOT IT IN 30 SECONDS. I’m not sure what to do and I’m desperate because the only thread I found about this issue hasn’t been resolved and the only fixed i’ve tried to turning off my firewall and it has not worked. Note: I am playing on ASIA and my friend is also playing on ASIA so no region problem here. Either a port or IP but I’m not sure what to do exactly so if you guys can help that’d be really great.
I have my client on AMERICAS and HOTs itself is on ASIA which is what my friend is doing on his side right now. I hope there is an easy fix and I’m just not knowledged about it. Thank you
