Massive lag issues recently?

so over the last week or so I’ve had an issue with the game freezing a couple times almost every game and it always happens when I’m going into a team fight. I’ve looked on the forums for a solution and saw that maybe you can identify the issue by a WinMTR test? but I can’t post the results because of a link in them?
