Hey, rDiezel! Based on the logs here, it looks like there’s some power related issues. Have you tried resetting the SMC?

There’s no crash reports sent to us on our end, though the graphics exiting is a bit concerning. If the problem continues after the SMC Reset, could you provide an SPX file over to techinfo@blizzard.com? Use the subject ATTN: Caterpepi - Heroes Crashes [37979]

This inbox is not monitored and will not send responses. It’s used to collect information for Technical Support to assist in troubleshooting.

Evening;

Thanks for the details, rDiezel! The issue makes a lot more sense to why Heroes of the Storm isn’t launching now.

The minimum requirement for the operating system is Sierra (10.12.6 - Latest Version). It looks like the current Macbook isn’t able to upgrade to Sierra since it’s a mid 2009 Macbook Pro. What’s the model and operating system for the other mac? If it is older than the main Macbook Pro, there isn’t a lot of options left since the system isn’t supported to run Heroes of the Storm.

If everything else checks out with the system requirements, bootcamp may be an option to explore. This is not something that technical support will be able to assist with or troubleshoot in the future since bootcamp is not supported. Just an option to look into to get your fixes in and keep you gaming during this time :slight_smile:
