His movement speed needs to be addressed

Agreed. There’s a reason he is often first pick or ban in like 90 percent of competition games.
He has had all this movement speed for a long time now. Now suddenly they buff high five (which still isnt good) and everyone loses there mind. He has been the same for ages now but omg nerf the movement speed.
