I’m stuck in loading page, tried to relog, reboot and nothing happened. found another topic taking about it, and tried all the hints exposed there and nothing worked, it’s been 3h already and nothing changed, could someone help plz

This sounds like a connection related issue. I would recommend trying the following steps to see if anything changes:

  1. Power Cycle the home network to refresh your connection to all the devices in the home and to your Internet Service Provider(ISP).
  • Once the network is back online flush your DNS cache using the commands Here.

  1. If you utilize any third party anti-virus software. Make sure it’s set up to exclude the Blizzard application and Heroes of the Storm. This feature is often called an “Exception” or “Exclusions” list.

  2. If you utilize Wifi try switching to a wired connection for a more stable experience following the steps Here.

If the problem continues please run a WinMTR to host IP: 54.207.104.145 for 10 minutes. Post the results back here for review.
