Just saying voice actor for Li-Ming is also Azula from Avatar: The Last Airbender. i dont know what she would look like but there could be some really cool ability themes like a fire jet for disintegrate.

The skin is very cool and promising, and maybe she need a specific Azure-dragon mount?
Anyway, Fire Jet already belongs to Junkrat and you must first get permission from him to give it to Azula!!

Iād love a Li-Ming announcer, but we are kind of spoiled already for Li-Ming skins while poor Ragnaros sits in a perpetual red/orange depression.

Not only Ragnaros but also for The Lost Vikings & several others that none of these new skins for years.
Azula sound exactly similar to Li-Ming because had same voice actor I found Jackice comment about Azula skin for Li-Ming which actually had no show concept yet but will see in sometime to permission.
