Hello,
As of a few weeks ago I started getting serious latency issues on a match-by-match basis when playing HOTS, but everything else (including other games) seems unaffected. It will happen for the entire duration of a match, whereas the very next match is completely fine.
(I’ve followed all the FAQ (Connection Troubleshooting - Blizzard Support))
- Under the Region settings I can see anywhere from 0-15ms ping for North American servers which I have selected.
- CTRL+ALT+F in a good match consistently shows 3ms-5ms ping.
- CTRL+ALT+F in a bad match shows anywhere from 85ms-225ms ping. However, discord and other apps are unaffected during this time.
