Looks like you are on Mojave. Since you were posting in another player’s thread, I moved you to one of your own. Do the steps here help you? If not, can you please list the exact steps you’ve done so far? “I’ve done everything” doesn’t give us much to work with, unfortunately, although I totally get that it can feel like that sometimes when you’ve tried a lot of steps already.
