In celebration of Juno’s release in Overwatch, why not flex the brain muscles and translate her kit into HotS? It’s been a hot minute since I made a concept, so forgive the rough edges. Plus I’m not a game developer, so there’s that too.

Q - Pulsar Torpedoes - 9 seconds - After 1.25 seconds, fire a torpedo at all heroes within 7 units, taking 0.25 seconds to lock on to targets in range, and immediately disconnecting if they move too far. Torpedoes restore 135 health to allies, and 120 damage to enemies.
W - Mediblaster - 3.5 seconds - 5 charges - Fire 5 0.15 unit bolts in a 6.5 unit line over 0.5 seconds, restoring 31 health each, reduced by 25% in the last 50% range. Projectiles stop upon hitting a damaged friendly hero. 1 second cooldown between shots. Shots follow your cursor while activated
E - Hyper Ring - 12 seconds - Place a 0.25 by 3 unit ring in the direction you’re facing up to 4 units away. Allies who touch it receive 20% increased move speed for 1.5 seconds.
Trait - Martian Overboots - 16 seconds - Dash 1.25 units in the target direction, and increase your passive move speed by 10% for 2 seconds.

Gain Passive 5% move speed. You can move while attacking, but decrease your move speed by 5% when firing.

Mediblaster - Fires 5 bullets per attack over 0.5 seconds, with a 1 second cooldown between basic attacks.
R1 - Orbital Ray - 60 seconds - After 0.75 seconds, a 4.4 unit diameter beam hits the ground 2 units in front of you, and travels forward in the direction you were facing when initially cast, travelling at 0.8 units per second. The beam restores 90 health every 0.25 seconds to allies and grants them 15% spell power and basic attack damage. Lasts 6 seconds.
R2 - Orbital Gauss Cannon - 75 seconds - Target an enemy hero to initiate an orbital tracker, which moves at 0.85 units per second towards them (initiating at their current location). After 2.5 seconds, a devastating Gauss cannon strike lands at the current tracked position, dealing 980 damage in a 1.5 unit area and an additional 230 damage in a 3 unit diameter area. Global range.
Lvl 1
Frictionless Motion - Increase Martian Overboots passive move speed by 15% when not dealing or receiving damage for 3 seconds.
Precision Training - Increase basic attack and Mediblaster range by 1 unit, and increase the range of Hyper Ring by 10%.
Accurized Torpedoes - Quest: Deal damage and restore health with Pulsar Torpedoes. Reward: After dealing damage to 30 heroes, damage to enemy heroes is increased by 10% for EVERY hero targeted by Pulsar Torpedoes. After healing 30 heroes, increase the health restored by Pulsar Torpedoes by 10% for EVERY hero targeted.
Lvl 4
Do not panic! - After reaching 50% health, become immune to slows and cause basic attacks to no longer reduce Martian Overboots move speed for 5 seconds. 20 second cooldown. Can be toggled on or off.
Almost got me There! - Gain a shield equal to 25% of your maximum health for 3 seconds after being stunned or rooted. 20 second cooldown.
Shield Capacitor - Basic attack instances against enemy heroes or successful Mediblaster shots grant a shield equal to 2% of your maximum health, up to 20%. Lasts 4 seconds, refreshed by gaining shields.
Lvl 7
Hostile Movement - Enemies who pass through Hyper Ring are slowed by 30% for 2 seconds. Passive: Increase the size of Hyper Ring by 20%.
Martian Hospitality - Hyper Ring grants 15 armour to allies who pass through, and to you when activating it. Armour lasts while the move speed bonus remains active. Passive: Increase the duration of Hyper Ring’s move speed by 1 second.
Pulsar Reactors - Every fifteenth basic attack instance, or if every shot of Mediblaster lands on the same hero, fires an untalented Pulsar Torpedo that deals damage or heals respectively.
Lvl 13
Contact Momentum - Basic attack instances and successful Mediblaster shots increase your move speed by 0.75% for 5 seconds, up to 15%. Passive: Decrease Martian Overboots cooldown by 2 seconds.
Seize the Sol - Pulsar Torpedoes mark allies and enemies that are affected by them, causing allies to take an additional 140 damage from your next basic attack, and cause allies to receive an additional 140 healing from Mediblaster’s next successful shot on them.
Combat Synergy - Increase Mediblaster healing by 1% for every successful basic attack against enemy heroes for 5 seconds, up to 20%. Increase basic attack damage by 1% for every successful Mediblaster shot for 5 seconds, up to 20%.
Lvl 16
Earthen Modifications - Increase basic attack speed by 10%. Allies who travel through Hyper Ring gain 15% increased attack speed for 5 seconds.
Hyper-plasmic Intensification - Increase spell power by 5%. Hyper Ring also grants 5% increased spell power for 5 seconds.
Go Beyond! - Increase the duration of Martian Overboots’ move speed increase after activating by 2 seconds, and increase its dash range by 0.5 units. Martian Overboots can be activated again during the move speed increase to dash an additional time.
Optimised Stratagems - Increase the range of Pulsar Torpedoes by 2. Enemies damaged by Pulsar Torpedoes take an additional 5% of their maximum health as damage, and allies are healed an additional 5% of their maximum health.
Lvl 20
Red Promise - Upon death, cast a free Orbital Ray directed towards the nearest friendly hero. Passive: Reduce the cooldown of Orbital Ray by 30 seconds.
Reasonable Force - Orbital Gauss Cannon also targets enemy heroes within 5 units of the primary target, and fires 0.75 seconds faster.
Space Ranger - Reduce the cooldown of Hyper Ring by 6 seconds.
