A player who loves Heroes of the Storm (hereafter referred to as Hios).
I’ve been playing Hios for the past 6 months and I’m having serious problems.
These days, there are many cases where the reconnection window for no reason appears.
It’s not a computer spec issue.
This laptop is a Precision 5760 , I9, 64GB DDR4, 2TB*2 NVME PCIe gen 4 for a workstation over $5000.
It’s not an internet problem. It is giga LAN, and there is no stutter when playing all other Blizzard games.
Reconnection for no reason is frequent when playing toxic hios.
It’s not about stuttering and stuttering. Suddenly a reconnection loading window pops up.
Reconnection doesn’t happen right away, you have to wait for a while to reconnect.
Even though the reconnection window appears within 3 minutes of starting the game, there are cases where you cannot reconnect until the game is over.
Accurate analysis of game bugs and full feedback are required.
This makes play impossible.
