Hi after the 20hr Blizzard server crash my settings seems to restart every time I open the game, it’s also not letting me create custom profile for my hotkeys… there is something seriously wrong with Blizzard servers, really, not to mention the unstable latency and lag.

Just wanted to let you guys know, I’m not actually looking for support because in 20 years of using Blizzard products I have never gotten any support :slight_smile: but it’s not your fault guys, it’s like using windows troubleshooter, you know is DEFINITELY not going to work, but you still gotta try tho…

nope i do not recall blizzard servers being down for 20 hours. maybe i missed that in all the time i was playing though.

anyway, your problem…

have you tried to run the game as administrator?

another thing you can try is delete the Heroes of the Storm settings folder.
../Documents/Heroes of the Storm/

It was mostly in South america, Europe and part of Asia… just affecting some IPS
