For the past 1-2 years every time there was an update i had to download a patch (100-200Mb). Its initializing with like 10kb/s … you read that right 10KB/s, not 10MB/s and no i dont have Zambian internet … Reseting and stuff does nothing. And that is every time there is an update. Explain please ?
