If I recall, this wasnā€™t the first time they reshuffled hero releases. Either because one needed more work, or to tie in with an event.

I read it as such too, but it might just as well mean that it will take some patches for him to arrive; which by now would have happened.

Edit: I see ppl on twitter thinking it also might be either Tirion or Turalyon but (as MUCH as Iā€™d LOVE it) I donā€™t see it happening, especially right after Imperius.

Iā€™d love him to be a Holy/Shadow priest that switches between healing with holy power and hurting with shadow spells (as in Hearthstone kinda) with both healing and damaging abilities.
Healing would reduce subsequent healing and buff subsequent damage and vice-versa, forcing players to adopt a versatile playstyle (like hurting a lot to heal a lot, then oscillate between healing and hurting to keep a healthy balance).
Iā€™m just believing though, it could fonction like that or not, it could even not be Anduin, I donā€™t really care, Iā€™m just excited and eager to see whatā€™s in the box.
Also hoping that next spotlight will still be voiced by Cloaken :pray: again a big believe but this guyā€™s voice was just iconic, will hurt not to hear him again.

If only. Heā€™s always been more disc than holy, but theyā€™d have to give him a kit unique to his lore as whitemane already has the disc healing playstyle.

Maybe they take a bit of his HS incarnation, where he has shadow abilities and many cards with steal/copy effects. Would be interesting.

I really hope we see his demi-paladin version.

Without taking my bias in account, I think it would be really interesting to see for both the games involved (as it might reflect some sneak peeks at what the WoW writers are going to do with him).

Last time ppl thought yellow light ment Holy light and predicted some priest like hero we got Mephisto.

Mostly because weā€™ll see an actual warrior priest archetype with him.

Yrel is just a tanky load of spells that donā€™t really match what the actual Paladinsā€™ spells do.
Uther is a tanky healer with a retribution skill.
Imperius and Tyrael have a holy warrior archetype but they are their own kind of the class.

That said, I think he will mostly have a priest kit with some melee-esque shanenigans.
