Hi! I and my friends can’t connect to voice chat anymore. The team voice chat is grayed out and the button to join party voice chat disappeared. Can you take a look from your side, please?

We aren’t aware of any widespread problems with the voice chat feature. These issues can happen for several reasons though so I would suggest going through the steps here to help narrow it down. Testing a free VPN could also help, as there could be a routing issue affecting you and your friends that may only be impacting the voice chat data being sent to our servers.
I have the same problem…no voice chat in party before start…no option to join voice chat when battle start so…no voice chat for me and for all my friends
So,we all have a problem ?

My friend and I have the same. Before Tuesday patch, we could join the voice chat. Not anymore.

Same problem here, can’t use voicechats since the patch
Same here, after patch no voice chat with any of my party. Europe server. I’m able to test the mic in options, but it shows no voice channel available in game. We were able to speak in battle.net social voice chat at first, but not anymore. No voice chat anywhere in game.

I’d also recommend to report this over to #bug-report forums. The technical support forums are managed by the technical support team and we do not handle in-game bugs or content. Only technical issues that can be resolved through troubleshooting.
The odd thing that I noticed here is that you’re all reporting this from Europe. Have you tried to see if the Americas region runs into the same problems or if its allowed, does a VPN seem to help with the issue?

Thanks for the reports and system files here. I’ve gone ahead and removed the request. It looks like our team was able to replicate the issue and this problem has been escalated!
[Update] Our team have implemented a fix to address the voice chat issues. Is anyone still experiencing problems with voice chat now?
