Im done with this report crap system

We noticed that there is a player in the enemy team who is AFK we reported him. The next game your “perfect” matchmaking put in the team this AFK player the whole game stood in the base or ran to die. And the next game again, really?
Why are you forcing me to play with someone I don’t want to play with whom I reported???

To prevent people abusing the report system to fix matches.

If you run into such a person, wait a few minutes before queuing again. This is advice that applies to most competitive games, not just HotS.

initiate a whisper with them instead (don’t need to send something, just start pink text) and the avatar for them in the chat box will indicate when they’ve joined a game, so then someone can ‘safely’ queue and avoid being matched with someone.

Your complaint would almost make sense if anyone had actually said the matchmaker is ‘perfect’. They haven’t, it’s a flawed system, with known issues that some people are willing to bother working around because they don’t spend years repeating the same issues over and over again.

To prevent people from abusing reports, it was necessary to set a weekly limit, but the developers did not have enough brains even for this.

What Abusing? report good players for not have in my team but in enemy team?
or “Abusing” meaning

One such example would be to report all players that pick heroes your choice picks counter, or that do not work well together with your choice picks, to try and force them onto the enemy team. The player has not done anything wrong, just they are being reported to try and put them at a disadvantage, or in other words, defeat the MMR system.

Another example would be that everyone reports the highest rank players. Yes reporting does not stop them from being your enemy, but if everyone reports them then they have no allies so cannot find matches, effectively preventing them from playing or forcing them into matches well below their skill level.

Honestly the best solution to this would likely be to anonymise users so that you are not aware if the same person is on your team in the next match and effectively every match is a clean slate. Friend requests could still be sent out but only after they are accepted would both parties know the identity of each other. Encountering people who are on your friend list would not appear anonymised to you.

How many players would I have to report so that I don’t have any left in game?
1000/10000/100000
how many games would it take me?
250/2500/25000

maybe if the game didn’t force you to play with someone you DON’T want to, there would be more players and even if you reported everyone, there would still be more and more…

Less than you’d think. I would bet there are less than a 1000 players playing this game at any given time across all Game modes. Maybe 50-100 playing ranked.
