I want to transfer my account to ASIA

hello, Could you transfer my account from AMERICAS server to ASIA? when i logged in on ASIA (HEROES OF THE STORM), i cant see all my heroes and items, i can only see those whenever i logged in on AMERICAS, pls transfer my account to ASIA

Hey there,

Game Progress is currently saved per-region. Support is not able to transfer it due to our system not having a feature for it.

Wish we had better news but I do hope the information helps clear up what’s happening. Let us know if there’s anything else we can do.

is it normal that when i play rank it took me around 30-35mins before it connect with other players? my fastest server is singapore, that is the reason i only play quick game it took me around 5-10mins before i can connect with other players… i want to play rank game, thats why i want to transfer all my items to asia server because im thinking that is the reason why i connect long, because maybe the players on americas are connectin to americas server, we are few who connects to singapore server… or my problem is normal ( few are playin heroes of the storm)? is it normal that ranked game connects 30-35mins?

Howdy jaaplucky,

Have you tried changing the preferred region in the HotS menu? You can find that by pressing ESC > Language and Region > Preferred Game Server.

yes, the problem is that, my friends from ASIA cannot see me, since my progress is from AMERICAS server, they cant add me either, thats why some of them created a dummy account from americas so that we can play, in these scenario, it only shows that i cannot play from majority of ASIAN, since my account was created on AMERICAS, i can only play with ASIAN that created from americas as well ( same with my case)

so my question is, is it normal to wait like 30-35mins to play ranking? and 5-10 mins in quick game?

While Game Progress will not transfer between regions, it should still be possible to play in any of the regions if wanted. Instructions:

  1. Close Heroes of the Storm
  2. Open the Battle.net application
  3. Click the planet earth icon above the “Play” button for Heroes of the STorm
  4. Change the region to Asia.

Note, you may also want to switch the Battle.net application itself to Asia region so y’all can chat through the app too (if wanted.) The instructions for this process are similar:

  1. Click “Blizzard” then “Log Out”
  2. Click the Planet Earth icon above the email spot.
  3. Select Asia region.
  4. Log back in. If the friends are added by Battletag or Email they should appear in the social interface.

Just keep in mind that any progress made in Americas region will not transfer to Asia region. The same goes for any progress made in Asia region being non-transferable to Americas region.
