I can't get voice to work

I just got a new computer, imac retina 5k 2019, processor: 3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5, I’m on macOS Catalina v. 10.15.2

Voice chat isn’t working. Is there any fix for this? I can’t get permissions to access the microphone in security.

There’s some other users who have found a workaround for Catalina, but as a note, the TCC workaround is not something that us Technical Support will be able to assist with. Hopefully some of the other recommendations may be able to help!
