I can't get voice to work

I just got a new computer, imac retina 5k 2019, processor: 3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5, I’m on macOS Catalina v. 10.15.2

Voice chat isn’t working. Is there any fix for this? I can’t get permissions to access the microphone in security.

[Catalina] Voice Chat not working in Heroes of the Storm

I’m having the same problem; I can’t get the permissions for microphone to proc. I have tried window mode. I have tried disabling OS Keyboard Shortcuts. Heroes does have permission under Accessibility. Had no problem getting microphone permissions to proc for the Battle net app.

There’s some other users who have found a workaround for Catalina, but as a note, the TCC workaround is not something that us Technical Support will be able to assist with. Hopefully some of the other recommendations may be able to help!
