I wanted to buy a skin so I spent 2000 gold to buy 100 shards, but when the purchase was complete it took my gold but I didnt receive any shards. What do I do?
Check your purchase history in your account settings (press your username next to Support on the top right corner of the forum, select Account Settings) and it will instantly display gold spent on the lower part under your personal details.
Do you have the 2,000 gold transaction for shards listed there?
If not, no gold has been deducted.
