Boasting about beating GMs who might be playing heroes they’re not good at in the whatever not serious mode isn’t the flex you think it is.

I had a 2nd account. I didn’t remember having it, but I started playing on it. I now own all heroes on that account as well. And I never spent any money. It doesn’t take that long.
No one plays every hero anyway.

I chose the last sentence this time and it looks like you understand at least.
You only need to get 25 account levels, and you will awarded enough gems to buy the one of the mega bundles, so that will be 20 free heroes to add to your collection. You should be able to easily purchase all the 2k and 4k heroes with gold, and that basically gives you half the roster in no time for no cash outlay. This doesn’t take into account FP2 rotation heroes that will more than pad out your roster in no time, for no money spent.
I get it, I played since launch and was new to the MOBA genre too, and I pretty much tanked my MMR in QM, but over the years I was able to rise from Silver 5 and hover in mid to high Platinum. I’m not saying that just because I could do it you can, but I have a few personal handicaps that limit my performance in all video games that require fast and constant inputs. The reason I think I managed to climb was mostly due to a couple of friends coaching me and reading tips and tricks on this and the old forums.

I think we all have been giving too much attention to someone who isn’t pure of heart or posting in good faith. This poster reminds me of a few past posters we probably never should have been so accommodating to.
When all is said and done, in the end replying to these folks gives me the felling of being a broken crow with an aubergine hue, which is flying slowly like a turtle against such a blah and melancholy sky.

Your replies were useless off-topic drivel! The topic was that the report system works badly that matchmaking forces you to play with toxic or intentionally game destroying players.
I think the key is to not pair the reported players with the one who reported them. There are no reasons why this wouldn’t work!
In fact, it seems like you personally, when you report someone, want to play the next game with them…

Everyone, even the nonsentient ai which bothers with reports knows that there are false reports, thus the ‘report = block from games’ feature would be a bad idea that could be easily misused, even for unfair advantages.
Not talking about how it would hinder the MM, because misguided and delusion “pots will block the kettles for being black” and thus having no one in their brackets to play with.
And ppl need to type this out in every thread like this multiple times, because unsurprisingly, there are bronze players who are lacking even outside of the game.

Properly seeded to his rank and then cant climb to that rank again but keep saying he belong in diamond.
Think I already got a screenshot of him on this forum but cant be bothered to find it. But the screenshot will show you he was in gold and then he slowly dropped to bronze 5 and has been hardstuck in B5 since 2017-18.
Its obviously he is just wasting his time telling game is trash just because he cant climb and keep blaiming on the team he get.
Just a fun fact. He mainly spam Gazlowe in ranked in 95% of all his games so he is basically your typical ‘’ I wil draft my fav hero into every comp guy’’ and then complain he cant climb. His KDA with Gaz is also on the negativ side of the scale so he dying alot aswell. Think it was about 1,4-1,6 over 1000 of games. Not someone you think belong in Diamond.

I won’t resort to a personal attack and call your reply “drivel”, but I will call it naïve and not thought through. I will also point out my reply was directed to what you had posted, which, as it turns out, is off-topic.
Hots does not have a large enough or active player base for what you’re asking for. You’re essentially requesting an avoid player option, the player base is far too small (even EU servers) to enable such a feature. In an ideal word you’re right, you could avoid playing with disruptive players with a push of a button, but are you aware Hots is in maintenance mode? So unless you magically create new players and Hots has more resources for development, your idea isn’t going to happen and isn’t feasible.
I believe that is called confirmation bias, there is nothing in the MM that deliberately matches you with players you’ve reported and/or players that deliberately grief games.
What I have noticed, is unlike when Hots was in its prime 2015-2018, I will now more often be matched with or against the same players in Ranked or QM. In the glory days of Hots, this was a rare occurrence. What this isn’t is the MM deliberately matching you with disruptive players you’ve reported, it’s an MM that has fewer players online in your MMR range to match, so logically you will see these players more often unless Hots has a huge influx of new players.
More “drivel” for you. There is an unofficial “avoid player” option that is available for players. Open a whisper(s) with a player(s) you don’t want to be matched with. Don’t speak, but wait until it says the player is “in game” or “offline” and magic, hit ready, and you won’t be matched with these players in your next game, you’re welcome.
That is a nice ideal, but one that is open to interpretation. No human is a saint, or an angel, or pure, lilly white hands are rare indeed.

I would def respect this report system more had it actually banned people for inting more than just toxicity + having a forgive feature on ban durations (e.g. not being banned for 1+ years would reduce your ban duration for example)

My post was already aware of those; something you seem to not consider because you’re not reading things through. It’s odd that you claim that others are hypocritical when you’re not actually informed about something, take pride in that, and then act like you’re knowing what is going on despite the issue involved in someone not reading something to actually know what is there.
But instead, you can blame something else to try to rationalize the ignorance you imposed on yourself. The trouble with this sort of conduct, is that it just creates more problems for you to loop the same behavior, and then keep trying to find something else to blame for it.
You’re calling someone who is open to having a dialogue, explain concepts, tactics, etc that people forgo, and is actually reading what people post as “non interactive”
Since you don’t seem to have noticed, that’s the actual opposite of what you’re trying to claim. When you want to stop lying to yourself, let us know so people can actually be ‘interactive’ with your antisocial qualms.

If you are not good enough to climb out of B5 on your best hero then you not good enough to the rank you claim you belong to.
Im not from B5 but if you have 52% winrate and genius matchmaking (from Blizzard TM 50%winrate patented technology) pairing you with 32% winrate RND potato… tell him how climb…
