I have recently moved from North America to Europe and need to transfer all my North American account accomplishments/heroes over to Europe so I can play without constant lag. I cannot imagine that this is not possible and Blizz would have us re-purchase everything we have already earned thus far? Is there a way or request to send in to get it transfered?

got myself in similar situation.
no way to get my account from different region.
I don´t even know why it is separated, most of games, including blizz games, does not have such a problem.
So, yeah, not coming back to HotS
