My HOTS game keeps crashing on start up and I get a message that says my game files are damaged. I have reinstalled the game multiple times, repaired game files and even reinstalled the blizzard app and I am still getting the message about damaged game files. is there any other method in fixing this?

It appears your Heroes of the Storm Settings folder is on your OneDrive.
OneDrive\Documents\Heroes of the Storm
As the game will not have permissions to access this, you will need to unlink your OneDrive and make sure your Documents folder is not on the OneDrive cloud.
