Hey,
everytime i start Hots i need to install the Game Data
thats not a personal problem for me but the Installer is downloading with 40 kb which cost me 30 min of my time every start of the game.
Pls send help or atleast fix it

In most cases I have seen like this, there is a permission problem. Make sure you start the Blizzard app as Admin which should help save those files and avoid having to redownload them.
