When starting a game of any variety I disconnect and reconnect after several seconds (up to about a minute). This causes me to miss the first portion of some games, including hero selection during ARAM.
The installation has been scanned, I am not running anything in the background, this is the only service with connection issues (including other Blizzard games). I cannot connect via ethernet cable, but am in the same room as the router.
