Hey, Sigsig! There was a known issue with Heroes of the Storm and StarCraft II where it would crash on launch with the “Quit unexpectedly” error from the MacOS. This should resolve by renaming the Computer Name.

  1. On Mac Apple menu, go to System Preferences/Sharing
  2. Change Computer Name to something different.
  3. Click on Edit and then Okay.
  4. Close Preferences window.

Retest the game and see if it will launch.

Thank you, this worked for my computer. Now I can get back onto the game and it doesn’t crash anymore.
