High ping in Singapore server

I’ve been getting high ping these past months with no sign of lowering. Playing from the Philippines and ISP is PLDT. Not only on HOTS but also in Overwatch.

Asia server in Overwatch has low ping but I can’t play HOTS in Asia server because heroes don’t carry over.
