Heroes of the Storm Balance Patch Notes - June 3, 2020

As and 2 Reghar’s Ancestrals instead of nerf of bloodlast, again xD.

P.s. Has anyone noticed that shields have strengthened many? As a result, we get nerf of mages.

Why on the only two SC Maps? If it is Mei I would rather assume snow on Hanamura Temple and Volskaya Foundry wait, there is always winter

Now I’m messing around a bit:
The only relation I could find between SC and Snow is a korean pro-gamer with this name. He is holding a record for the most units killed by a single reaver.
The next Hero we will get is a Protoss Reaver.

Well… last tank we got was MelGanis, which doesnt even feel like a tank at all.
In the last 12 heroes there was only 1 tank, Melganis.

I wouldnt mind OW hero if it was Reinhardt or some other tank.

If we really get Mei, she will be another assassin, with obnoxious perma-slow kit.
Definitely something we dont need in this game.

How does malganis not feel like a tank?
He has 2 kinds of CC, armor on demand
Good healthpool and substain

I heavily disagree, Deathwing is still really strong and definitely does not need a buff.

Not really, Untouchable was bugged and gave her more mobility than intended when used around edges, increasing the additional blink range even further. As it was the most picked talent on that tier that also likely inflated her winrate.
The 33% nerf to her self-sustain (15% to 10%) should definitely help to make her more balanced. But let’s test it and see how it feels to play (against) her.

Ok I’ve recovered and back to my senses now.

Ah yes, if things go according to my calculation, whether sooner or later, then I can revive and bring back my old team TAS (Team All Starz), and hire Happy (ex pro for Evil Genius now playing for $100 on WC 3 Reforged tourneys) to help us win the HOTS tournament. He could even wear the tag TASHappy or TASILoveNecropolis, or to any of his choosing. He’d likely accept since it’s a $1300 tourney prize + pay offer that I can give, especially if it’s an on-going tourney. I could also hire him as a teammate for Custom Hero Footies (CHF) when that game gets fixed on warcraft 3 Reforged. Custom Hero Footies tends to have a quick tourney with a large prize pool too. I’m a strategist, not a bronze 5, and this is a strong formula to winning the HOTS tourney + Happy has a fanbase and could stream for HOTS and CHF exposure.

Happy plays a mean Warden as Night Elf race on WC 3 Reforged, so I might run the Illidan + Warden combo strat on here and for the tourney. Does dat make sense? :d

Mei could very easily be a tank. She has a lot of peel potential. Or she could be a Bruiser, with the sustain granted through her Ice Block.

That would be really cool

Okay thats imbalanced lol

2 things (just off the top of my head)

  1. If the enemy team just stands there and lets you do that, then they deserve it.
  2. If they are just standing there “because the enemy team chain CCed them”, then they probably died before the second one went off, because that is a stupid long channel, and your entire team is sitting there CCing them! What, are they only using their CCs and not any of their damage abilities?!?

Thank you for the Cassia buff. Woohoo! It makes me want to make a lightning fury javazon for the new Diablo 2 ladder season starting tomorrow night. I love her playstyle and Fend is sensational in this game.

If only Fend was as good on a 20-year-old game like D2. I wish, LOL. I’ll probably make a Summon Druid tomorrow night. That’s probably why Rexxar (385 games) is my most played hero. I just passed Cassia (382) a few nights ago.

Let’s give Xul a buff next. He’s too weak now!

Is still imbalanced, the game odesn’y lack CC options to let that kind of crap happen

I just played a 30 minute TotSQ on Anub’arak, and I think he is back to being in a decent place. The comps weren’t ideal (yay for QM!), but he didn’t feel quite so fragile, and I am pretty sure with a decent healer and a second front line, he will return to his status as a CC beast. I could handle teamfights under structures for a reasonable amount of time, but of course I would have to save CDs, and leave when those were down.

Between the anomaly changes and the bigger shield, I feel comfortable putting him back on my “regular” roster of tanks, especially when running a blow-up comp.
